IDRC welcomed Prof. Babatunde Osotimehin, Minister of Health of the Republic of Nigeria, on December 3,  2009.  Osotimehin shared his perspectives on the past, current, and future opportunities for improved health in Nigeria, particularly in the context of improved maternal health.
